At Digital Plugs (“DigiPlugs”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our digital products and WordPress extensions. Because we sell non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods, we have established specific guidelines for how and when refunds are issued.
1. Our 15-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our ready-made WordPress plugins. If you experience a technical issue with our software that prevents it from functioning as described on our website, we offer a 15-day refund window from the original date of purchase.
Before a refund is granted, we require that you reach out to our technical support team to allow us to try and resolve the issue. If our team cannot fix the plugin to work as advertised on a standard WordPress installation, we will happily issue a full refund.
2. Conditions for a Refund
Refunds will be granted under the following circumstances:
- The refund request is submitted within 15 days of the original purchase date.
- The product has a critical bug or technical failure that our support team is unable to resolve.
- The product does not function as explicitly described on our official product pages or documentation.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
To prevent abuse of our digital downloads, refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- The 15-day refund window has passed.
- You simply changed your mind after downloading the software.
- You purchased the plugin by mistake.
- The product lacks a custom feature that was never advertised on our website (as we sell ready-made software and do not offer custom development services).
- The issue is caused by conflicts with third-party themes, plugins, or custom code modifications not developed by us.
- You refuse to cooperate with our support team to troubleshoot the issue.
- Renewals of subscription licenses (we send reminder emails prior to renewal, and you may cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date).
4. Authorized Merchant of Record
To ensure secure international transactions and automatic global tax compliance, our digital products are sold through authorized global distribution partners and Merchants of Record (MoR).
Depending on your region and chosen payment method, our authorized MoR partner securely processes your initial payment, handles necessary local sales tax (VAT/GST), and acts as the legal reseller of record. Our partners are also responsible for securely processing any approved refunds back to your original payment method.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at help@digital-plugs.com from the email address used to make the purchase.
- Include your official order receipt number or the software license key provided to you at checkout.
- Provide a clear, detailed explanation of the technical issue you are experiencing, including screenshots or error logs if applicable.
Once your refund is approved by our team, we will submit the request to our payment partner. All refunds are issued in the original currency of purchase. Please allow a few business days for the refunded amount to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
