Depending on your region and chosen payment method, our authorized MoR partner securely processes your initial payment, handles customer billing inquiries, manages transaction compliance, and collects necessary local sales tax (VAT/GST). By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by the terms and privacy rules of the designated checkout provider.
2. Nature of Products
Digital Plugs operates exclusively as a digital product retailer. We develop and sell ready-made, standard digital software (WordPress plugins).
  • No Custom Services: We do not offer, sell, or provide custom software development, IT consulting, freelance coding, or any form of human labor/services.
  • All products are sold “as-is” and are standard digital downloads designed to provide the functionality described on their respective product pages.

3. Delivery of Digital Goods
Upon successful checkout and payment processing by our payment partner, you will receive a confirmation email containing a download link for your purchased software and your unique software license key. This digital delivery is typically instantaneous but may take a few minutes depending on network conditions and payment verification.
4. Licensing and Usage
Our WordPress plugins are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) version 2.0 or later, unless otherwise specified.
  • A valid, active license key is required to receive automated plugin updates and access to our technical support desk.
  • License keys are for your own use (or the use of your clients if explicitly permitted by the license tier purchased) and may not be publicly distributed, shared, or resold.

5. Support Policy
We provide technical support for our digital products to customers with a valid, active license key. Support is limited to:
  • Assistance with plugin installation and standard configuration.
  • Troubleshooting bugs or issues directly related to the unmodified, ready-made plugin code.
  • Support does not include custom development, modifications to the core plugin code to suit specific business needs, or troubleshooting conflicts caused by third-party themes or plugins not developed by us.

6. Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our digital products. If the software does not perform as described on our website and our support team cannot resolve the issue, you may request a refund within our designated refund window, in accordance with our full Refund Policy. Approved refunds are securely processed and issued directly through our authorized payment platform back to your original payment method.
7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Digital Plugs be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
